COMMITMENT AND CONSISTENCY IN THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OVERCOMING VIOLATION Legislation

1. Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through the Inspectorate General, has conducted tests to follow up indications of violation of laws and regulations plane ticket refund money Foreign Ministry officials.


2. Of the examination, obtain proof of payment accountability violation ticket prices are not in accordance with the actual price has been paid to Travel Agents for ticket assignment and withdrawal of foreign ministry officials from the Representative of Indonesia.

3. Examination by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs referred to reflect the commitment and consistency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to always uphold the laws and regulations. Officials and employees based on examination proved related to the problem referred to has been sentenced to severe disciplinary procedures according to Government Regulation (PP) No.. 1980 about 30 years Civil Service Discipline.

4. Ministry of Foreign Affairs has discipline mechanism ticket purchase, payment systems and accountability ticket payments in accordance with existing regulations.

5. In its investigation of the problem referred to, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been and will always cooperate with the Attorney General of RI.
